Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Daw Invoice Maker mobile application ("App") developed and operated by LEADSUP L.L.C-FZ ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the App to create invoices or documents for illegal transactions.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

3. User Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the App, including invoices, estimates, client records, and any other data. We do not access, collect, or store your content on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced through your personal iCloud account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all invoices, estimates, and other documents you create using the App. The App is a tool for document creation and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases including:

• Pro Subscription: Provides unlimited PDF exports and access to premium features. Available on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Single Invoice Pass: A one-time purchase that allows you to export a single invoice as PDF.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. Free Features

The App provides full access to invoice and estimate creation, client management, reporting, templates, and all core features at no cost. PDF export functionality requires a Pro Subscription or a Single Invoice Pass.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, templates, icons, and all other materials, is the property of LEADSUP L.L.C-FZ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any invoices or documents created with the App will comply with the laws or regulations of your jurisdiction.
• Results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

You are responsible for ensuring that invoices and documents you create comply with applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADSUP L.L.C-FZ, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (through in-app purchases) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LEADSUP L.L.C-FZ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LEADSUP L.L.C-FZ regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
