LEADSUP L.L.C-FZ ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Daw Invoice Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Data you create in the App. The App allows you to create invoices, estimates, client records, and other business documents. All such data is created and stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

No account required. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to us.

Analytics & diagnostics. We may use Apple's built-in analytics framework to receive anonymized, aggregated crash reports and usage statistics. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. No third-party analytics SDKs are used.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers.
• We do not collect or store your invoices, estimates, client details, or financial data on our servers.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage & iCloud Sync

All data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data is synced across your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We never have access to your iCloud data.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (subscriptions and one-time passes) processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media SDKs, or external analytics services. The only external service used is Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and Apple's analytics for anonymized crash and usage reporting.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account), you have full control over your data at all times. You can delete any data within the App or by deleting the App from your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. To remove iCloud data, use the iCloud settings on your device.

8. Security

Your data is protected by the security measures built into iOS and iCloud, including device encryption and secure iCloud synchronization. We do not transmit your data to external servers.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. You have complete control over all data stored on your device and in your iCloud account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
