Is Daw Invoice Maker free to use?
Yes. The app is free to download and use with full access to all features including invoice creation, client management, templates, reports, and more. PDF export requires a Pro subscription or a Single Invoice Pass.
How do I export an invoice as PDF?
Open the invoice, tap the "Share" button, and choose PDF. Free users can upgrade to Pro for unlimited exports, or purchase a Single Invoice Pass for a one-time export.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. You can create and manage invoices, estimates, and clients with no internet connection. When you're back online, data syncs automatically via iCloud across all your Apple devices.
How do I sync data between devices?
Make sure iCloud is enabled for Daw Invoice Maker on all your devices (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud). Data syncs automatically in the background.
Can I use my own company logo on invoices?
Yes. Go to your profile settings, tap the logo area, and upload your company logo. It will appear on all PDF invoices you create.
How do I change the currency?
When creating or editing an invoice, tap the currency field to choose from 160+ currencies. You can set a default currency in Settings.
Can I set up recurring invoices?
Yes. From the Invoices tab, tap "+" and select "Recurring Invoice." Choose your client, items, schedule (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.), and payment method. The app handles the rest.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Daw Invoice Maker, and tap Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my data?
All data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account. You can delete individual invoices, clients, and estimates within the app. To remove all data, delete the app from your device. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage.
Is my data secure?
Your data never leaves your device or iCloud account. We don't have servers that store your information. Data is protected by iOS device encryption and Apple's iCloud security.
